Frequently Asked Questions
about Greeting Cakes
After I order, how long will it take to get my order?
Our goal is to have orders shipped between 1-3 business
days.
You should include 3-4 more days for USPS shipping time.
USPS confirmation included.
Who ships my order?
Greeting Cakes are drop shipped from the parent company in Denver, CO.
How will my recipient know who the cake is from?
Cakes are sent with greeting cards, much like that you receive with flower deliveries.
These are hand written cards that are sent with the order. You must specify this with your order.
What is the deadline for ordering holiday cakes?
At least 2 weeks before that holiday is here to insure timely delivery.
How long does it take for custom or personalized orders?
Please permit 2-3 weeks from the start to finish of your order.
You will need to send us a design and the GCC office receives your approval.
You can order any amount of cakes to be personalized
How long do the cakes last?
The cakes have a shelf-life of 1 year. They are shipped fresh.
Keep in dry cool place so the containers don’t get hot and the candle sprinkles don’t melt.
How do you bake the cakes?
1. Remove all contents from original package. Wash the large
bowl or mug that everything came in (confetti is not edible).
2. Pour cake mix (large bag) into large bowl or mug. Add 1 small
bowl (the bowl that the frosting is in) of water to bowl
containing cake mix.
3. Mix well with the mini spoon until lumps are gone.
4. Place bowl or mug with cake mix in microwave for 1 minute and
45 seconds on high (cooking time may vary per microwave).
5. While cake is baking, add frosting to small bowl. Add approximately
3 mini spoonfuls of water to frosting mix (or enough to reach
desired consistency). Stir.
6. Let rest in microwave for 1 minute as it is HOT.
7.Frost, decorate and
enjoy!
(For better frosting coverage let cake cool. It is normal for
cake to be uneven or shrink. The cake will still taste great!)
Do the cakes
contain peanuts?
Our cakes do not contain
peanuts, however, the bakery in which the products are packaged
does use peanuts. So we caution anyone with allergies.
